Every day, we encounter people who carry negativity, bitterness, anger, and unforgiveness like a badge of honor. They seek to offload their emotions onto others, often recruiting unsuspecting victims. You know these people - they're the ones who walk around with a scowl on their face, looking for someone to devour.


But here's the thing: you can't control how others behave, but you can control how you respond. When someone tries to dump their negativity on you, greet them with kindness and watch them scramble to find another target.


Remember, bitterness is a heavy luggage that weighs down everything around it. But you have the power to choose how you react. You are the god of your thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Guide them wisely.


The world is a wild place, and nobody owes you anything. Everything is transactional - either you pay now or later. But with self-awareness and emotional intelligence, you can rise above the chaos and find inner peace.


My advice to you is to be happy regardless of your circumstances. It may linger, but it will pass. Guard your thoughts, mind, happiness, and joy jealously, and remember that YOU are the god over your thoughts and self.
